Rollover Dollars
If you don't use any service in a given month, that month's full membership amount rolls over as credit on your account. Use it toward any service or product within 12 months.
Botox Banking
Save your membership dollars toward any injectable, like Botox or filler, and use them when you're ready. Your 20% member discount applies to injectables too.
Example: An essentials member skips October and November. In December, she has $398 in banked credit plus her December facial, enough to put toward a Botox treatment without paying out of pocket.
Membership FAQs
Is there a commitment or enrollment fee?
Memberships have a 6-month minimum commitment and no enrollment fee.
How does billing work?
Your membership is charged automatically on the same date each month to a card on file.
Can I use more than one included treatment in a visit?
Included services are one per billing cycle and aren't combined in one visit unless your provider approves.
How do rollover dollars work?
If you don't use any service in a given month, that month's full membership amount rolls over as credit. Only fully unused months roll over, and credit expires 12 months after it's earned.
How does Botox banking work?
Instead of using your monthly treatment, you can save your membership dollars and apply them to any injectable, such as Botox or filler, when you're ready. Your 20% member discount applies to injectables too.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing date.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Members may pause for medical reasons or travel with written notice.
How do I cancel?
After the 6-month commitment, you may cancel with written notice before your next billing date. Any banked credit, including banked injectable dollars, must be used within 30 days of cancelling.
What if I'm not a candidate for a laser or RF treatment?
Laser, RF and resurfacing treatments require a consultation and provider clearance. If a treatment isn't right for you, you can substitute a service of equal value.
